You run into two different types of people when working in investment attraction. The first is a company or a project that’s raising money or looking for some type of support. The second is someone who has capital and is looking for good projects to invest in.

In a cash-rich, yield-free world, there is a lot of money out there looking to be put to work. 

If you’re raising money for a good project, the money will find you.
